Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Sr. Video Editor. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing videos, coordinating video production activities, applying video colour grading, and integrating motion graphics and other visual elements into projects. The individual will collaborate closely with the creative team to produce high-quality content that aligns with client requirements and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 Years of hands-on experience.
• Proficiency in Video Editing and Video Production techniques.
• Experience with Video Colour Grading to enhance visual appeal.
• Skills in creating and integrating Motion Graphics.
• Basic understanding or experience with Graphics design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent creativity and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with video editing software and tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Graphic Design, or related fields is a plus.
• Prior experience in a similar role is highly advantageous.

Qualifications

• Candidates having 1-2 Years of experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design tools, with a strong sense of visual communication
• Experience in creating impactful Logo Design and developing branding materials
• Knowledge of Typography and its effective application in design projects
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and meet project deadlines
• A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously monitor ROI and campaign effectiveness.
• Plan and manage campaigns across channels: SEO, PPC, display advertising, email marketing, and social media.
• Oversee paid advertising on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
• Guide content creation for blogs, landing pages, email newsletters, and social media.
• Maintain and optimize social media profiles and content calendars.
• Track, measure, and report performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4).
• Provide data insights and recommendations to improve conversions and engagement.
• Work with design, content, sales, and product teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors when necessary.
• Plan and manage digital marketing budgets.
• Lead project timelines, ensuring tasks are delivered on schedule.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3-5 years of digital marketing experience with hands-on campaign management.
• Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Intern located in Ernakulam. The Digital Marketing Intern will support day-to-day marketing operations, including executing social media campaigns, analysing web performance, creating online marketing strategies, and managing communications with the marketing team and clients. The intern will also assist in the optimization of digital channels to align with client objectives and brand goals.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts and Web Analytics tools
• Strong communication skills for collaboration and client interactions
• Need to Video Presentations
